As a Relationship Manager Funding and Transactions at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, I was responsible for identifying business potential and analyzing market competition in the funding sector. I implemented integrated marketing strategies to drive growth in customer portfolios and regularly monitored funding performance and banking services to ensure optimal results. A key aspect of my role was managing EDC (Electronic Data Capture) and QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) systems to boost Fee-Based Income and Current Account Savings Account (CASA), while supporting branch offices in achieving 110% productivity by optimizing digital transaction channels. I consistently built and maintained strong relationships with merchants to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, I served as the Person in Charge (PIC) for major events such as the Binus Tourism and Travel Fair 2024 and Westwave Festival. Through these events, I successfully acquired new merchants to adopt BRI’s EDC and QRIS services, expanding strategic business partnerships and significantly increasing digital transaction volumes. My efforts directly contributed to enhancing BRI’s brand visibility and driving digital financial service adoption in the merchant segment.

As a Procurement Intern at PT Softex Indonesia, I played a key role in supporting the inventory management of packaging materials, including plastics, cartons, and boxes, ensuring their availability in accordance with the production schedules set by the Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) teams at both the Karawang and Sidoarjo factories. I was actively involved in coordinating with PPIC, the Import Team, and more than 20 local and international suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain operations and the timely delivery of materials critical to production continuity. This required close monitoring of inventory levels, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to prevent any disruptions. Additionally, I contributed to the successful development of 53 innovative packaging material designs by collaborating with internal departments such as Marketing and Research & Development (R&D), as well as suppliers. This collaborative process not only supported product innovation but also ensured that packaging solutions met branding and functional requirements. My experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in procurement coordination, cross-functional collaboration, supplier relationship management, and inventory optimization contributing directly to the company’s operational efficiency and ability to bring new products to market effectively.

Through this detailed review process, I provided actionable recommendations to enhance the accuracy and transparency of financial reporting. My contributions played a key role in supporting the financial review process for the second quarter of 2021, helping the company maintain compliance and improve the reliability of its financial documentation.

I was responsible for developing and executing strategic social media campaigns at AIDI Indonesia (Asosiasi Ilmuwan Data Indonesia), which significantly increased engagement and participation in events for data enthusiasts, students, and researchers across the country. By analyzing audience behavior and current trends, I optimized content distribution across various platforms to match the interests of the data science community. I also coordinated directly with internal teams and external partners—including clients, sponsors, and event collaborators—to promote and deliver high-impact initiatives such as webinars, virtual conferences, and national data competitions. My role included creating engaging digital content, including infographics, speaker spotlights, event highlights, and post-event recaps published across AIDI’s website and social media platforms. These contributions helped boost AIDI Indonesia’s digital presence and strengthen its reputation as an accessible, collaborative space for knowledge-sharing in the data and research ecosystem. This experience enhanced my skills in digital communication, strategic content planning, stakeholder coordination, and online community engagement—key competencies for today’s professional landscape.

I was responsible for managing key operational activities at the Big Data Analytics Laboratory, Telkom University, to ensure alignment with academic and institutional objectives. My role involved coordinating with lecturers, teaching assistants, and students to support the dissemination of research and the practical application of big data analytics and technology. I took the lead in organizing and facilitating various data-focused events—including workshops, seminars, and collaborative discussions—to promote a culture of knowledge sharing and community development among students and professionals. These efforts not only sparked greater interest in data analytics but also created opportunities for interdisciplinary learning and innovation. One of my most impactful achievements was co-developing 14 comprehensive learning modules in collaboration with lecturers for Big Data Analytics courses. These modules were tailored to reflect industry-relevant practices, featuring real-world datasets and case studies to enhance the quality and applicability of classroom learning. Through this experience, I honed my skills in academic coordination, content development, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
