During my internship, I gained practical experience in inventory management and SAP software utilization. I learned to use SAP for issuing Goods Receipt (GR) reports, preparing shipping notes, and generating transport reports, which helped streamline inventory documentation processes. Additionally, I performed stock opname, quality checks, and locator verifications to ensure the accuracy and organization of goods in the inventory. My internship report focused on the Implementation of 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) within the General Goods Inventory, where I applied the 5S principles to enhance efficiency, organization, and cleanliness in the inventory environment. This internship provided me with valuable skills in both inventory control and operational efficiency improvements.

I successfully led a team of 15 members, coordinating efforts across three divisions to ensure the event achieved its goals and remained on schedule. My responsibilities included planning and organizing the event, from selecting themes and speakers to making key decisions in the execution process. I maintained strong relationships with the speakers and secured necessary approvals from the head of the Industrial Engineering department. Additionally, I prioritized effective publication and promotion, expanding our reach and attracting a large audience, with over 100 participants joining the event as a key achievement.
