Project Management Intern

During my internship at PT Telkom Indonesia through the Kampus Merdeka MSIB Batch 5 program, I worked on a learning video project called Fireside, aimed at enhancing employee knowledge. I contributed to improving content quality through video analysis, which led to better engagement and learning outcomes. I was responsible for developing the video concept, planning timelines, and creating detailed project plans and storyboards. I also created over five presentation decks to support speaker discussions, external presentations, and outreach to new potential speakers. To ensure on-time delivery, I coordinated with more than 20 internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, I utilized Excel PivotTables to analyze audience data and refine campaign strategies, resulting in a growth of over 50 employee engagements. Beyond the video project, I revised and compiled seven learning modules, helping my team achieve recognition as the TOP 1 Performer for Module Revision.

During my internship at DPMPTSP Jawa Barat, a regional government office responsible for investment affairs and one-stop integrated services, I assisted in mentoring over 10 companies to help reduce reporting errors and increase the number of LKPM (Investment Activity Report) submissions in West Java. I documented company coaching sessions for archiving and evaluation purposes. Additionally, I recorded, cleaned, and verified LKPM data from more than 5,000 companies to ensure accurate, de-duplicated, and timely compliance with investment reporting requirements.
