• I warmly welcome customers and provide professional service to facilitate banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
• Executing financial transactions accurately and efficiently using relevant banking systems, such as cash deposits, withdrawals, deposits, and others, my average total transactions per day reach 60 transactions.
• I also engage in sales activities by offering bank products to selected customers over the phone. Additionally, I offer assistance in case customers encounter any difficulties in using Mandiri bank
products. My target is to assist 5-10 customers per day.
• In the first two months of my employment, I have successfully adhered to the regulation regarding customer service duration. The target is 3-10 minutes per transaction, depending on the service requested by the customer. This rule is aligned with Bank Mandiri's policy.

Instagram and WhatsApp accounts of the Tangerang City Dukcapil Service.
• My duties include providing explanations and responding to customer inquiries, handling complaints,
addressing questions related to document creation, and addressing other service-related matters through
our Instagram and WhatsApp accounts.
• I generate daily reports on complaint data and analyze common issues raised by the public.
• I collaborate closely with my team to develop solutions and make recommendations for the community.
