• Managed fuel documents accurately for submission to the owner. Ensured invoices and fuel tax invoices were well-organized and available for billing purposes to the owner.
• Ensured accuracy and consistency between timesheet data and internal company summaries or recaps. Ensured alignment between recorded work hours in timesheets and reported heavy equipment usage for billing purposes to the owner.
• Managed digital archiving of financial transaction documents related to PPh 21 and PPh 23 for internal company audits. Ensured all documents were well stored, organized, and easily accessible.
• Handled the filing process of tax invoice documents (Input PPN) with document numbering to ensure proper organization and easy accessibility of documents related to company transactions.
• Conducted archiving by compiled filing data of submitted documents to vendors (Indoarsip) into Excel data for ease of searching and future use of company document information.
