Through projects, internships, and my thesis, I have developed strong competencies in field instrument specification analysis, instrument sizing, technical instrumentation drawings, protocol communication, and PLC programming. • Assessed control system reliability issues on switching compressor and recommended segregation of BPCS and SIS systems to meet SIL requirements in compliance with ISA-84, contributing to improved performance and safer operation of critical instrumentation.
• Performed flowrate estimation and hydraulic calculations to define appropriate piping sizes, redundancy strategies, and instrument specifications for LPG custody transfer Line 39, supporting inspection and engineering planning activities.

• Conducted simulation-based analysis of air pressure distribution in the pneumatic brake system of Jabodetabek KRL to support retrofit instrument selection, contributing to preventive maintenance planning and performance improvement of field instrumentation.
• Designed and simulated electro-pneumatic brake systems for Jabodebek KRL, including analysis of PLC control logic, supporting commissioning and functional testing activities to ensure proper control integration.
• Investigated and diagnosed automation door system failure on Jabodebek LRT by analyzing mechanical interface principles. Identified radar sensor reading errors caused by material obstruction and lack of maintenance-proposed material improvement and routine inspection to enhance sensor reliability.
• Estimated hydraulic force range in VMBI train locking suspension system by simulating fluid parameters (flow, pressure, temperature), supporting safety and reliability assessment aligned with preventive maintenance strategies.
• Developed automatic switching control logic for hydraulic suspension during load/unload operations, enhancing operational reliability and simplifying inspection and functional testing procedures.

Process: Fuel Gas System, Distillation Column, and Water Injection Pump Plant.
• Developed technical documents: Instrument Index, Control Narrative, Instrument IO List, Cable Block Diagram, Junction Box Diagram, Instrument Loop Drawing, and Instrument Process Datasheet that accordance to ISA-20, ISA-52, dan ISA-54 standards.
• Determined field instrument sizing: control valve and orifices flowmeter, by manual calculation accordance to ISA-75 standard and software.
• Coordinated the team with 14 members for division of tasks and evaluated all the technical documents.
• Mentored 6 members (junior students) for basic P&ID drawing by CAD software.
