As a Program Management Intern for the MSIB 7 (Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat 7) program under the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Agriculture, I led the coordination of 87 participants and 8 field mentors in Central Java, ensuring smooth agricultural field operations. I communicated directives from Pusdiktan, resolved issues related to mobilization and field activities, and monitored participants’ progress through logbooks, attendance, and competency tracking. I also managed program administration and data using Microsoft Office and developed a “Tracking System MSIB” with PivotTable, Power Query, and other tools to automate reporting and improve data visualization. Through the PPK Ormawa (Program Penguatan Kapasitas Organisasi Kemahasiswaan), a student empowerment initiative by the Ministry of Education, I planned and executed community empowerment program on IoT-based drip irrigation in orange fields at Pandansari Village. The program was carried out in collaboration with both internal and external partners to ensure effective implementation, while local residents were actively engaged through outreach and socialization activities. Within a 10-month period, the program successfully achieved 95% of its targets, contributing to the improvement of agricultural practices and community capacity building.

Working With Society is implemented in Ngudi Hamlet, Tawangargo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. Found the problems of the village and provided solutions to local residents regarding the accumulation of organic waste trough maggot cultivation and implemented the program together with all of the local residents. I had responsible to coordinate and contact with the village officials to establish cooperative relationship and to explain the project to them. Not just stop there, I also monitored and evaluated the program by keeping touch with the local residents.
