Research of Community Mental Health Initiative Project Base

1. Conducted the end-to-end process of creating assessment tools to measure mental health condition and employee engagement for government agencies and state-owned companies (BUMN).
2. Collected and analyzed data from 2,432 Indonesian police officers through quantitative research, FGDs, and structured interviews.
3. Led recruitment of 50+ volunteers and organized multiple PFA trainings.
4. Conducted mental health data collection for junior high school students in Banyuwangi and government agencies.
5. Facilitated focus group discussions on students' mental health at SMPN 2 Rogojampi.
6. Co-facilitated self-esteem and career adaptability training for students at multiple schools in Banyuwangi.
7. Speaker for an online webinar series by RoCMHI with the topic of self-esteem and assertive communication in 2022.
8. Speaker for offline seminar by Himpunan Mahasiswa Geofisika UI with the topic of “Supporting and building mental resilience: Trauma healing from natural disasters” in 2023.
