During my internship at PT Petrokimia Gresik in Gresik, East Java, from August 2023 to January 2024. Working in the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering position, I actively contributed to various projects. This involved analyzing the correlation of nine cost components affecting supply chain costs, establishing a supply chain risk management system for the port of PT Petrokimia Gresik, developing an inventory control system for machine parts using the Min-Max method, and creating a value stream mapping to distinguish between value-added and non-value-added activities within the workflow. This internship provided me with valuable insights into industrial processes, supply chain dynamics, and effective inventory management in the context of a large-scale chemical production facility.

During my Practical Work at PT PLN Nusantara Power UMRO in Gresik, East Java, from January 2023 to February 2023, I was actively involved in Performance & Quality Control. My responsibilities included designing quality planning for steam power plant overhauls. This encompassed the development of quality metrics, a quality baseline, and a test form specifically focused on the mechanical aspects of the overhaul process. Utilizing the impact-effort matrix concept, I calculated the quality index for each scope of work, assessing the impact and effort involved in various tasks.

My role also included designing and implementing impactful work programs, such as membership initiatives, internal competitions, and skill enhancement programs for both staff and members.

My primary tasks included the meticulous compilation of drafts for faculty regulations, meticulously tailored to resonate with the aspirations of FTIRS ITS students across its five departments. I actively coordinated the activities of the PPU committee for the election of the President of BEM FTIRS 2022/2023, ensuring the engagement and representation of undergraduate students from all five departments within the faculty.

In addition to aspirations collection, I diligently monitored the activities and work programs of HMTI. To guarantee organizational alignment and efficiency, I conducted three controlling sessions annually for each department.
