PT Trans-Pacific Petrochemical Indotama (PT TPPI) is engaged in the Petroleum Refining Products Industry, Chemical Industry and Goods from Chemicals and Other Special Wholesale Trade. The main products produced are aromatic products, especially paraxylene, benzene, orthoxylene, heavy aromatics, and toluene. The company also produces petroleum, especially light naphtha, gas oil, and fuels such as mogas 88 and mogas 92. The internship period was carried out when the factory/plant was being turned around/overhauled in November December with an accumulated time of 5 weeks for placement in the Maintenance - CIS Electrical Instrument Division according to the major being studied, namely Instrumentation Engineering Technology.
1. Conducted maintenance and cleaning of instrumentation equipment, ensuring optimal functionality, longevity, and adherence to safety standards.
2. Calibrated critical devices, including transmitters, to enhance measurement accuracy and system reliability.
3. Performed precise calculations and measurements to support calibration and maintenance tasks.
4. Learned and assisted in conducting loop tests and function tests to support system verification and enhance operational efficiency
5. Interpreted and analyzed Piping and Instrument Diagrams along with plant processes to support instrumentation workflows and troubleshooting.

The internship was carried out with an accumulated time of 15 weeks for placement in the Technology Division - Drawing Design Electrical.
1. Crafted intricate general arrangement drawings on trains via AutoCAD 2D, achieving seamless collaboration with electrical engineers which enabled efficient routing diagram systems based on established schematic diagrams within limited timelines.
2. Enhancing understanding of electrical circuits and ensuring compliance with industry standards based of complex schematic diagrams for train systems
3. Creating routing diagram system based on supporting documents such as schematic diagrams.
4. Preparation of detailed connection documents on railway projects using 2D AutoCAD software.
5. Checking the location and placement of components on the train is in accordance with the drawing design document.
