In Booking Office Credit Unit:
- Analyzed the telex data according to existing instructions.
- Learned the PL and NPL in relation to bookkeeping allocations.
- Learned the applications include Icons, Asic, OPBK, EVA and E-Report.
- In the event telex contains data problems, discuss with the business units to coordinate corrections.
- Daily updated reports with telex data.
In Bank Guarantee Unit:
- Received requests for bank guarantee used the OPBG application from bank BNI branch offices nationwide reach.
- Analyzed the bank guarantee from bank BNI branch offices nationwide reach who verified the completeness of documents were complete and the bank guarantee will be processed (new flow).
- Verified underlying the bank guarantee, insurance and the completeness of documents for create bank guarantee.
In Help Desk Unit:
- Follow up on rejection of bank guarantee unit and booking office credit unit used the Note and OPBK application.
- Opened new facility, the issuance of a demand guarantee, request for monitoring of credit limit, list of credit limit cards to be shared with bank guarantee assistant, summary of demand guarantee usage in excel admin, credit limit list of credit limit cards to be shared with bank guarantee Staff.

- Underwent on the job training in Priority Banking unit for 2 weeks, Funding Support unit for 3 weeks, SME and Credit Program unit for two weeks and Consumer Loan unit for 2 weeks at BTN Medan Branch.
