1. Collect the information and accurately resolve complex or sensitive customer cases through Social Media,
E-mail and Whatsapp Live chat MITA for answering.
2. Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement in Credit card,
Debit Card, Savings and Events by guiding customers through the various stages of customer complaints.
3. Generate CRM related to customer complaints at branch offices and faulty ATM machines, transactions
through Kopra by Mandiri, Livin’ by Mandiri, E-commerce, Tap to pay, and certain events.
4. Follow up and review customer accounts to provide updates and information regarding the follow-up
results of customer complaints. Maintain conversation documentation in the database to avoid service
delays and improve overall customer convenience.
5. Contact customers related to debit cards and Livin' by Mandiri services to block accounts to provide
information and education in resolving customer problems or complaints.
6. Developed SOP, training materials, and managed dissemination through internal media to monitor training
effectiveness through agent performance, training feedback, and quality assurance insights.
