• Guided > 20 students in system modeling and simulation using ARENA v14.7 Software and Ms. Visio, enhancing their Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills.
• Managed practicum requirements and evaluate >7 student performance, including providing constructive feedback for practicum reports using Ms. Word.
Results: Relevant and effective practicum materials, improved student understanding in the use of simulation software, and successfully supported 91% of students from the total to get a final grade with satisfactory results.
