My responsibilities as PMO included reporting, analyzing data for provide insight to user telkomsel ,controlling &amp; monitoring the team to ensure KPIs are meet, managing tool projects from the FNI Test phase to live implementation, and preparing audits for ISO 9001 and 27001<br /> <br /> 1. 3 Years as PMO Telkomsel NOC Service Network.<br /> 2. 1 Years as Leader NCRM Telkomsel<br /> 3. 5 years as Quality Control NCRM Telkomsel <br /> 4. 4 Years as Technical Support Intelegent Network Indosat<br /> <br /> I had a certificate in the Digital Business Executive Program from Telkom Group-Infomedian. This program aims to enhance skills to professionals in business projects, Project Management , people management,Strategic Business ,Business Experience , Leadership and collaboration (in line with the BUMN Akhlak) and CX experience.
