Fresh Graduate from University of Brawijaya majoring in Industrial Engineering with an engineering background. Aspire to gain new knowledge through commitment and creativity.I have leadership experience as a student as an assistant coordinator. I also have extensive organizational experience in student affairs and academics. I have an interest in the field of performance management, so I raised the issue of productivity analysis in a company in my undergraduate thesis.
