With a background in Public Health, majoring in Occupational Health and Safety, I have a strong interest in safety management—particularly in high-risk industries. I am deeply committed to improving safety culture that not only protects workers but also increase operational efficiency and long-term sustainability. In addition, I have a strong interest in healthcare quality improvement, especially in areas such as patient safety and service standardization. I am eager to contribute to a BUMN that is committed to excellence in health, safety, and quality.

HSE Committee Team
PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) • Magang
During my Internship Program, I was involved in various activities related to Health, Safety, Environment with HSE Committee Team, which helped me improve my knowledge and HSE skills. I also participated in Safety Talk with the work unit regularly, monitoring Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), inspection of fire extinguishers throughout the work area, including identify hazards using JSA and HIRADC worksheets.
One of the highlight was when I had the opportunity to be involved in preparing the Audit K3P (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Perkeretaapian), which gave me hands-on experience and responsibility to handle audit preparation. The Internship helped me grow in many areas and deepened my passion for Health, Safety, and Environment, also enhanced my technical skills and taught me the importance of teamwork and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
