PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Rewulu is one of the four units owned by the State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) PT Pertamina (Persero) under the Marketing Operation Region (MOR) IV responsible for the Central Java Section of Java (RJBT) region. FT Rewulu plays a role in receiving, storing, and distributing oil fuels in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) and parts of Central Java (including Boyolali, Karanganyar, Sragen, Purworejo, and Wonogiri). To improve occupational health and safety (OHS), daily safety briefings and health checks were conducted for field workers. In addition, a Determining Control (HIRADC) was carried out on activities such as fuel filling in the Filling Shed, Quality and Quantity (QQ) processes, and distribution to assess risks and implement appropriate controls. The intervention led to a significant reduction in risk levels—initially, extreme and high risks were each at 42.9%, while moderate and low risks were at 7% each. Post-intervention, extreme risks were eliminated, indicating a substantial minimization of work accident potential.
